Richard Stewart - Chief Executive
Having experienced ‘burn out’ towards the latter part of my career in sales, I wanted to press reset and create something that truly supported mental health awareness. This was also important to me personally, as I wanted to continue my own journey of education around mental health having lived with generalised anxiety since I was 13 years old.
Initiating contact with the University of Suffolk, I founded a project called Student Life which encouraged young people to talk about their wellbeing. This expanded into working with the local Cat-D open prison and My Life was born.

I appeared on Supermarket Sweep and reached the final, only to fail to find the black pepper mill.
I have scored a penalty in front of a sell-out crowd at Portman Road (home of Ipswich Town Football Club).
I trained for my private pilot’s licence
